A Neat Trick to Clean the Smell of Dog from Your Car
So here is a neat trick for you dog lovers out there: how to get the smell of DOG out of your car or van. Don’t be offended, but (*cough* Julie *cough*) if you car pool with people, and they pay you for gas, they deserve a clean smelling car to sit in! For a few hundred bucks you buy a lightning air purifier and crank the ozone generator option to high for like five or six minutes. You close up your windows and run the air conditioner on air recycle mode, and voila! The stink is gone! Of course you need to shampoo and vacuum the insides first. This thing isn’t magic after all. I did some reading and this is one trick that professional car detailers use. They said be careful though because ozone can damage some metals and rubbers if you use it for too long.
